Flourish Australia is pleased to join 80 mental health sector organisations, led by Mental Health Australia, in issuing a statement of priorities in advance of the upcoming National Health and Mental Health Ministers meeting.
Collective and decisive action across Australian Governments is required if we are to address unmet needs for mental health support, poor service integration, and a lack of comprehensive mental health services across the country.
The ministerial meeting provides an important opportunity for Governments to work together to address these important issues, and for Ministers to show their leadership in addressing them comprehensively and as a matter of priority.
The statement of priorities reflects the collective view of all parts of the mental health sector.
