Our strategy
We value lived experience
Our peer workforce is what sets us apart and more than 50% of the people we employ have lived experience.
We advocate with advisory councils and continually develop better ways to engage with people from diverse backgrounds, working together with each person we support to co-develop a recovery plan that meets their unique needs and provide highly individual person-led services.
We are driving growth, reach and influence
We are expanding our reach into regional, rural and remote communities, diversifying our revenue streams and increasing supports for families and carers.
Our experience is used to help other organisations prioritise workplace mental health.
Our quality service delivery is outcomes-focussed and recovery-oriented
By growing our research and evaluation activities and expanding our NDIS offering, our priority is to empower people to claim their place in their community through tailored individualised supports.
Our recovery-focused services range from support to improve physical health and develop supportive social networks to assistance with housing and transitioning to open employment.
We demonstrate conscientious governance and resource management
We are committed to maximising the efficiency of our services and benchmarking our performance through implementation of a strong governance framework and effective risk management.
We strive for service innovation
Our innovation in mental health starts with co-designing new services, growing the use of appropriate technologies and engaging people in an NDIS environment.
We stand on our reputation as an employer of choice
We are continually developing new learning, training and development opportunities while growing a flexible and supportive workplace culture that promotes self-management and accountability.
Dedicated to upholding our reputation as an employer of choice we offer a variety of accessible career paths.
